Geometria
Geometric Design
In Lubina Agarwal’s practice, geometry and symbolism become a language for the ineffable — giving form to experiences beyond words and exploring the threshold between the material and the spiritual.
These three primal shapes—circle, square, and triangle—are essential symbols in ancient cultures. The founder of Aikido spoke of the triangle as body, the circle as mind and the square as solidity which together lead to oneness.
Created in a deeply meditative state, these three works emerged through the continuous chanting of AUM. Each mark arose as an intuitive response to the vibration of this sacred sound, allowing the act of painting to become a process of inner exploration and manifestation—where awareness takes form through gesture, colour and movement.
